Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully. By ticking the final box on the booking form, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as they are laid out below.

1. Booking a course.

1.1 A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the full course fee is payable at the point of an application being accepted. This will happen within three working days of the application form having been received.

Deposits must be paid immediately.

1.2 On receipt of the 25% deposit, an invoice will be generated which will act both as a receipt and final bill for the balance of payment.

1.3 The balance of the course fee must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the course. If payment is not received, Solétude reserves the right to cancel the booking.

1.4 Bookings received less than six weeks before the start date of any course require full payment immediately.

2. Cancellations:

If you cancel your booking:

2.1 The 25% deposit paid shall not be refunded

2.2 If the 75% balance has been paid, Solétude will undertake to refund an amount which reflects both the specific circumstances of the cancellation, and the ability to attract a late enrolment to fill the place.

If Solétude cancels a booking:

2.3 If the cancellation is due to the balance of the course fee not having been paid 2.1 applies.

2.4 In the unlikely event that Solétude cancels a course, the full amount paid to them shall be refunded.

3. Soletudes Policies:

3.1 Solétude cannot be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to, personal belongings.

3.2 We will not divulge the status of course bookings, or supply details of any person booked on courses; including to outside bodies.

3.3 Solétude does not normally accept applications from any person under the age of 16, unless the course specifically states otherwise. Those coming as a carer adult who are not involved in the course pay as a non-participant.

3.5 Any damage to Solétude property or premises must be notified immediately and paid for before departure.
